They made the extra step and took an X-ray to ensure everything was still seated properly (which it was 100%) Thanks again for awesome patient care! Our family of 5 has been coming to Edwards Family Dental for about two years. Our experience has been consistently positive, easy to schedule, very little wait time, friendly and efficient hygienists and knowledgeable dentists that are engaged when they need to be. We had one child with a tooth/mouth issue and we were able to be seen rapidly and Dr. Edwards personally examined and discussed options and was available for for follow-up questions and concerns. Definitely recommend

Since I've switched from my old dentist to the Edwards Family Dental practice I've been totally impressed. The hospitality from the staff is professionalism at its finest, from the front office to the hygienists to the dentists. I would encourage anyone either looking for a new dentist or looking to make a change to consider this group, they're top notch!

I went in very desperate, pregnant, and with a very broken tooth. They dentists and all the staff were so kind to me and were so nonjudgmental at all. I know I don’t have the best teeth but they didn’t make me feel bad about it. The dentist was just communicating with me the time and I appreciated it. I had to take a break alittle ways in to the extraction and he didn’t make me feel bad about it or anything! I will definitely be back after baby to get more dental care done!

My only regret is that I didn’t start with this dentist when I first moved to Columbus. Dr Burton explained everything and provided excellent dental care. It was so much easier than I had built up in my mind. There was no judgment for my previous dentist avoidance. The front office set up an affordable payment plan for me. I’m relieved to have my tooth pain resolved. Best of all, though, is the new relationship I’ve established with this excellent practice. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Edwards and Alexis delivered outstanding care during my wisdom teeth extraction. Their professionalism and friendly demeanor from the moment I walked in immediately put me at ease. The procedure itself was remarkably pain-free, and their meticulous attention to detail ensured a smooth and entirely painless recovery. I am genuinely amazed at the absence of any discomfort – to the extent that I've had to double-check if they actually extracted the teeth. I have been going to Dr Edwards for years. I had to take a hiatus due to moving, but when I came back to the area I restarted at his practice. He remembered me and was even better than what I remembered. His office is beautiful and has everything you could possibly need. If you are nervous about anything he and the rest of the fantastic staff will put you at ease. For the first time in a long time, I had dental work done where I felt no anxiety. Had a filling done the same day that they found the issue. The entire staff really cares about your wellbeing. Would highly recommend this practice!

I've been seeing Dr. Edwards since we moved to Dublin 9 years ago. I've always thought his practice did great work, but recently they took their level of care to another level (in my eyes). I had wisdom teeth pulled about 3 weeks ago. Today (Christmas Eve) I noticed what felt like food stuck in one of the wisdom teeth holes, which I couldn't get out. I called their office and they were obviously closed; however, Dr Edwards left his cell number for "emergencies". I didn't think mine was truly an emergency, but thought I may as well call and ask if it was something I should be concerned about. He picked his phone up and said he could meet me at his office in about 30 minutes and take care of things for me. He was in the middle of painting a room in his daughter's apartment. Despite it being a Sunday AND Christmas Eve, he dropped everything and showed up and helped me. Great practice. Great guy. 5 stars.

Had my cleaning today at Dr. Edwards office today. Shivana is Great! She always makes me feel welcome. I really enjoyed talking with her. I felt comfortable today my cleaning and everything went good. All in all I was happy with the out come of my cleaning and no issues. I would recommend Dr. Edwards family dentist. I had a dental emergency that was causing A LOT of pain. My family dentist couldn't get me in for a week and numerous dental surgeons were trying to book me a month out. My wife called Edwards Family Dental at just after 9am and immediately felt the woman that answered was concerned. By 9:30 I was in their lobby, finishing new patient paperwork and getting taken back to get taken care of. Every single person was incredibly nice, caring and obviously enjoying both what they do and where they do it. It has been too long since I've been to the dentist, and I couldn't be happier that I ended up here.

I have been going to Edwards Family Dental for over 20 years. Dr Edwards is very thorough in making sure my teeth are healthy. He is also very kind and professional and answers all my questions. I most recently saw Dr. Hannah. She is also very kind and professional. And all the hygienists I have seen have been awesome. Nick is my favorite. Very good at keeping me calm. I needed to be seen to address a problem and they made a way to get me in the same day. This is a practice that always reduces patient anxiety by listening, asking questions, being non-judgemental, and just working toward solutions to the issue presented. Without a doubt, 💯 the BEST experience! Dr. Burton and her team provided the ultimate care on my initial visit. All of my concerns / needs were taken care of, in the most compassionate way, reassuring my comfort throughout the process. James did an exceptional job repairing a front tooth that had been broken! Everything about the repair was beyond my expectations (he was actually dealt the challenge of fixing someone else’s failed “repair.”), and the results are amazing. From the moment I walked into the office, everyone was pleasant and professional. I was greeted by Jo, who gave me a tour and history of the facility. She explained everything that was going on during my visit. Throughout the visit various team members verbally communicated with / assisted one another in a supportive way. All staff answered all of my questions; there were no “unknowns.” I drove just over an hour to see Dr. Burton (because I knew that I would receive the care I needed), and I would drive twice as far if need be, after visiting the office and knowing the type of care they provide! The facility, doctors, and staff are absolutely amazing. I received the best care while at Edwards Family Dental. They do an excellent job of making sure that the patients feel comfortable and that they are well educated about what will be occurring during their visit. I love everything about Edwards family dentistry😍 My hygienist Alexis was extremely thorough and informative…..also very gentle. Kelle delivered painless Botox. Took my 9 yr old son & was excited about how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff are! They spoke to him in a way that he understood & made him completely comfortable. I appreciated being able to book via text & that our entire family was able to get in quickly. Great practice! Dr. Edwards found and corrected issues with my bite that gave me headaches for years. He is always available to answer questions. My family and I have seen multiple hygienists here over the years and they’ve all been wonderful. Our kids love coming to the dentist (and picking something from the prize box)! Edwards Family Dental has always had excellent availability, and with the practice expanding, I’m sure that will continue. There have been a couple years where I’ve used up my dental benefit, but the office staff was great about proactively providing information about out-of-pocket treatment costs so that I could plan and budget accordingly.

Thank you Dr. Edwards and Kendalynn, for getting me in on a Saturday and removing my broken tooth. It hurt so bad I was ready to take it out my self. But I was so nervous an they made me feel ok, and it wasn't no where near as bad as I imagined. 2 hrs later I was eating fish sandwiches and feeling no pain.. thank you sooo much..

This is going to be a long review; and there are about 800+ other ones on google - if you want to save some time, you could just skip the whole thing and just call Edwards Family Dental and make an appointment. Best medical (not just dental) office I have ever been to - from front office staff, to dental auxilliaries to Dr. Edwards himself. If you still want more details - read on ! We recently moved to the Columbus area and one of the first things we noticed is that there are more dentists' offices in the area than there are gas stations. Faced with literally dozens of choice, I am incredibly glad I picked Edwards Family Dental. I am the poster child for bad dental practice - having not been in a dentist's office for over 40 years. That said, I had a bad toothache and ended up calling over a dozen dentists in the area last weekend. From the first phone call, to being given an appointment within the hour, to being seen, diagnosed and having two wisdom teeth extracted within four hours - Edwards truly went above and beyond in every measure possible. Every person - from the front office staff to James, the dental auxiliary to Dr. Edwards himself, constantly made me feel comfortable, reassured and confident. This was the nicest overall experience I have had, not just in a clinical office, but as a patient over all, in a very long time. I was "handled" by James and Dr. Edwards for most of the procedure and I couldn't have wished for a better experience. Dr. Edwards has a manner that makes me feel both at ease, and confident - he explained the potential issues behind my pain, his diagnostic rationale for reaching there, and the possible next steps in a way that (at least to me) made perfect deductive sense - something that speaks to his skill and depth of knowledge. James was an incredible person to be around - he was able to hand hold me through what was basically my first dental procedure and help me feel comfortable and confident throughout. In addition to an excellent first experience, I called back the day after to report a canker sore on my tongue - though I called just to check how I would communicate with the doctor - the front office staff was nice enough to take me in and have me seen, again, within the hour. This speaks to their level of care and concern. Overall, a very long review, but I have to say, I am very happy I found Dr. Edwards and his namesake dental practice and I, along with my family, plan on using them for whatever dental needs we may have.

I have been with Dr Edwards over ten years and cannot say enough about him and the staff. Originally I was a damsel in distress who lost a crown on Christmas Eve just before a large holiday dinner. My regular dentist at the time had a full mail box. I went on line and found Dr Edwards. Not only did he come to my rescue but he brought an assistant for someone outside his practice. He saved my life and I will go to no other as long as he continued his practice. Recently, he may have saved my life again. I asked him to look at something in my mouth that looked like a canker sore. Since it persisted over two months I thought it best to have it checked. He set me up with a ca cancer specialist of the mouth and sent a photo. She thinks it’s probably PREcancerous and I’m now scheduled to have a biopsy in two weeks. Dr Edwards once again to the rescue. Thanks to all of his crew for all that they do to sincerely care for each patient.

Edwards Family Dental has a friendly, caring and loving staff & atmosphere! Dr. Tim & Dr. Hannah are always very personable & professional. They both make you feel like you are being well taken care of. I recently had a tooth implant done by Dr. Hannah & the experience was wonderful. I did not have any pain or swelling at all! Wow!!! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by everyone at the front desk! I was quickly called back and given a tour of the office! Veronica made me feel like I was the most important person. Edwards family dental has taken great care of me and my partner for years. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Edwards himself, the whole team is incredibly kind, helpful, and caring. Most recently, Edwards family dental got me in right away to deal with some vague tooth pain. Dr. Edwards and Shivani listened really carefully while I was describing the pain. They asked a bunch of questions and ran several tests. I truly felt heard and they helped me figure out the immediate next steps to get the problem resolved. I truly appreciated that I was able to be seen right away and the attention and care I received. I'd been struggling with this pain for about 2 weeks before calling in, and within ~24 hours of being seen at Edwards, I'm already on my way to feeling much much better. My sister in law and family see Dr Edwards. I was visiting from Florida and had a cavity chip and fall out. I called Dr Edward’s office and was able to get an appointment early the next morning. Update: 2022 They continue to take great care of me, just scheduled a crown despite my insurance being more in-sewer-ance than useful. 2023 update: They keep being great - explain options, care about good treatment and I just think they're wonderful.

Great dental practice! My family and I have been seeing Dr. Edwards and his team for at least ten years. My kids started seeing him when they were about four and they’re great with kids. They take great care of their patients, closely monitor any changes in teeth/gums, and thoroughly answer any questions you have. Scheduling is easy and they are very upfront and great about anticipating any out-of-pocket costs you might have to pay once you’ve used up your insurance benefit.

We had a fantastic experience at Edwards Family Dental! We recently moved to Dublin and needed to find a dentist closer to home. After reading the reviews, I knew we had to give them try. The team members at the front desk that checked us in were so kind and helpful and greeted us with a warm welcome and a cheerful smile; we felt very at home. They also took care of all of the insurance coordination, making check-in a breeze! My son (4years old) and I had wonderful experiences with our hygienists, Nick and Courtney. Both Nick and Courtney took the time to connect with us on a personal level and make us feel comfortable. We also got to experience all of the cool technology and gadgets at the office, too, which was super cool. I also really appreciated the time the doctor took to talk to me before and after my exam, too. She walked me through a great explanation and I left feeling like I knew way more about dental hygiene and care than I had ever thought possible. My son LOVED his toothbrush and prize he got, too. Such a nice touch, Edwards is a very family-friendly practice. We’re so excited to call Edwards Family Dental our new “forever dentist!” Can’t wait until our next visit!

I just had my first visit at Edwards Family Dental. The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. The office space is beautiful, and very spacious. My cleaning was very detailed, and very gentle. Dr. Edwards spent a great deal of time with me discussing my dental needs and concerns. I am now looking forward to going to the dentist!

Dr Edwards and his staff are so knowledgeable and professional ! My family has been going here for over 15 years and not once have I have I felt like I wasn’t getting the white glove treatment ! i most recently had an issue with a wisdom tooth and Dr Edwards and his staff discussed with me what to expect and it was spot on! It went so well I took 2 ibuprofen and went on with my life without as much as a headache or anything !

Staff is nice and accommodating. Facility is clean, kept appointment in a timely manner. We had left our old dental practice due to being out of network and saw this place with great reviews online. And unfortunately for us, we asked if they accepted our dental insurance company, which they did. What wasn’t communicated was the fact that although they ACCEPTED our dental, we were in fact out of network. This left me in dismay, because I would have stayed with our old practice. Lack of our due diligence, and not asking specifically if we are in network.

Really a unique experience. As a self admitted anti-dent-tite, I really enjoyed my time at the office and in the chair. The interaction the staff had with me and with each other is bizarre and I mean that in the most positive way. The nicest people whom really love being at work and that made me enjoy my time with all of them. Incidentally, the work I had done was painless, quick and looks great.

I had my first new patient cleaning today with Nga. This was the most gentle cleaning ( still very thorough) and easiest X-rays I have ever had at a dental visit. The heated/massage chairs made me so comfortable and relaxed. Dr Edwards did a fantastic job explaining in detail why a night guard for me would be necessary. The have the most up to date equipment which made it really easy to follow along when they were talking to me about my oral health. 10/10 would recommend Edwards Family Dental!

After moving to a new suburb of Columbus, we wanted to find a dental practice closer to home. Upon reading the review of Edwards, we thought it would be the perfect place for our family. Scheduling was super easy and they were able to fit us in within a couple weeks! My husband and daughter had their first cleanings last week and they said their teeth have never felt so clean! I got to hear all the stories about the cool “high-tech gadgets” the staff used during their appointments and my daughter was over-the-moon with her “goodie bag.” My husband said the exams were thorough, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and shared all sorts of interesting facts. He shared that the staff was kind, thoughtful and efficient. Edwards Family Dental took care of all of the paperwork for billing to our insurance, and their office is in a super convenient location, right in the heart of Dublin! I’m looking forward to when my son and I get our turn, and we have our appointments! Based on our fantastic first experience, I’m certain we’ve found our new long-term dental practice!

Excellent dental care. My daughter and I have been getting their dental care twice so far and satisfied with their service. Staff is super friendly and very patient. Carrie (my hygienist) was very kind and very friendly and made sure I was taken care. Dr. Edwards was also very accommodating and patient with my 7 year old when he squeezed us in for unexpected but non emergent dental procedure same day of supposedly routine visit. I Recommend their care to family and friends!

NEW I Love Edwards Family Dental; I had James as my my dental hygienist for the first time and was very impressed and I can’t say enough about him. He went out of his way to make me comfortable. My husband and I have gone to Edwards Family Dental for 20 years, as well as our three kids since they were toddlers. They always do a great job - from friendly reception and gentle hygienists to invisilines for my husband and braces for myself and my daughter. They’ve watched our family grow and have become like family themselves. When my parents, my sister’s family, and my husband’s parents moved to Ohio, we referred Dr Edwards, and they’ve had a great experience with him and his staff as well. My father-in-law said he’s the first dentist he actually likes! I plan to keep recommending their office to anyone who is looking.

2022- the staff at Edwards Family Dental is amazing! Always kind and accommodating to our needs and our schedules! 2020-Again Dr. Edwards comes through with amazing care and efficiency! In a difficult time, the entire dental team handled my appt. with immense concern and made sure my health was at the forefront. I am extremely grateful for EFD. I have a child with a chronic health condition and we always know that the team at EFD will take care of our family. They are all one in a million and always function as a TEAM. I have and will always recommend their practice. 2014- Our family loves going to Edwards Family Dental. They are all so friendly, caring, and extremely efficient. Even my three daughters--ages 8,5,4-- love attending their appointments. I really appreciate the staff at Edwards Family Dental! Every visit is like catching up with friends you haven’t seen for months. They truly do everything they can to make sure you’re comfortable. Dr. Edwards is like having a friend in the dentistry profession. He explains your options to procedures/treatments and the pros and cons of each and what will benefit you most in the long run. I’ve been to many dental practices and Dr. Edwards has something really special going on there, and it’s expert staff that welcome you like a good friend.

Went for a cleaning yesterday. Be sure and request Carrie as she is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. Personable and seems to really care about her patients. I have two new dental implants and she spent a lot of time explaining and showing me ways to keep them clean which was much appreciated.

The Edwards Family Dental practice is the friendliest group of highly qualified staff I've ever visited. They truly care about their patients and I would give them 100 stars if I could. I'm not fond of going to the dentist and in over 60 years of having procedures done, I only wish I would have found them sooner!

It is a place where you feel like you are part of their family ? Dr Edwards personally is making phone calls to the patients and he is making sure that everything it will be taking care of . The whole staff is very nice .. as soon as you step in that office , everyone is nice ? Welcoming and very professional . I totally recommend Dr Edwards to everyone !

I came to Dr Edwards as a damsel in distress. It was Christmas Eve and I had 12 people coming for dinner. Suddenly a gold inlay came out and I was literally beside myself to find someone who would come in on a holiday. My regular dentist was not available, so I started looking for dentists nearby. Not only did Dr Edwards come in for a new person, but I felt completely cared for and satisfied with his procedures. I am now a full time, satisfied patient and would recommend Dr Edwards to anyone. There is a feeling of togetherness when you enter his office and, without doubt, everyone cares sincerely about each individual patient. Everything written above tells how I started with Dr Edwards. Several years have passed now and I still have the same respect for him. I have had several situations that require great knowledge from him and have never been disappointed. He puts the patient first and provides great support through his team of workers. There is always a feeling of caring for each patient coupled with the expertise for how to treat the situation. Despite our best efforts, my daughter wound up with three cavities and went in recently to have them filled. Dr. Edwards and his team were absolutely wonderful. Hands down the most incredible dentist our family has been to. The whole staff is so accommodating to us. I bring four kids in and they are so gracious and patient with them during their exams and as they wait for me to be cared for. They are attentive to cleanliness and the whole facility is immaculate and beautiful. My youngest(3.5) was terrified of the dentist and Taylor made the experience not only easy but made him ask to go back. She was amazing. Natalie was amazing and thorough with my two girls and SO patient! Dr. Edwards always is personable and takes time to really make sure we are cared for. He visits us each time to check in and always explains everything so well to us. I can’t recommend this dentist practice enough. They have us as patients for life!
