Time to Change Your Toothbrush!

A dentist exam room with a chair, equipment, and a television on the wall displaying a group photo. The space features a large window overlooking a grassy area with parked cars outside.

Summer is coming to an end.  Its time to change your toothbrush!  Toothbrushes should be changed every 2 to 3 months even if they show no signs of wear and tear.   Toothbrushes harbor bacteria, and its gross to keep one around for too long.  An easy way to remember to change your toothbrush often enough is to change it when the seasons change!  Summer, Spring, Fall, and Winter.  That means at least 4 times a year.   Also, always remember to get a new toothbrush if you have been sick or had a cold because those icky germs hide inside the bristles.
