Patient Billing
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, check or cash. We also offer comfortable payment arrangements through CareCredit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 614.761.7666. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
What is CareCredit?
CareCredit is a personal line of credit for healthcare treatments and procedures for your entire family, including your pets. It works like a credit card but it has two advantages. It can only be used for healthcare services and you can get No Interest financing every time you use it. Simply pay your minimum monthly payment and pay off the entire balance by the end of your promotional period and you pay No Interest. You can get a No Interest payment plan if paid in full within 3, 6, or 12 months on purchases with your CareCredit card. Interest will be charged to your account from the purchase date if the promotional balance, including optional charges, is not paid in full within 3, 6, or 12 months or if you make a late payment. Minimum monthly payments are required.

We now offer the option and ability to pay on your account online. Sign up at www.smiledash.com. After you register with smiledash, you will be able to pay on your account, view future appointments, send our office secure messages, and much more. Signing up is quick and easy!
